The company was founded by Eran Magen, a lieutenant colonel in the reserves with rich experience in rescue tasks. Together with our senior team of experts, we instill the unique concept of the "active community" - an approach that trains citizens to be the first responding force in the event of a disaster.
Magen’s training incorporates a unique operating concept that was developed based on the experience gained over the years, and which was recently adopted by the State of Israel in the form of the “Civil Defense” project – a flagship project that equips all 10th graders in the country with the knowhow to escape from urban destruction. In recent years alone, the company has established and trained a large number of rescue units in major factories and companies in Israel.
Magen is a flexible company with high learning abilities. The company has a unique ability to match the client with the most suitable training package. Offices are located in the Beit Yanai area, and next to them is a training complex for rescue from destruction, which is spread over 10 dunams and includes a lot of equipment, which allows more than ten groups to be active at the same time.
